We had an amazing stay at Al Shohada Hotel Makkah. The location is absolutely ideal — just about a 5-minute walk from the Haram, making it very convenient, especially during prayer times. We booked 3 rooms for 5 family members, and everything was perfect from the start. Check-in was super smooth, thanks to Ms Eshraq who assisted us with great efficiency and a warm smile, rooms were ready on our arrival. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a pleasant aroma and all the amenities we needed. Toilets were spotless and well-equipped. We got welcome drinks and fruit basket on arrival. Housekeeping, room service, and luggage support were all exceptionally prompt and friendly. Mr Hateem Sultan at the reception also deserves a special mention for helping us with a very swift and hassle-free late night check-out. The hotel offers great facilities — on-site restaurants, a lovely coffee café, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The lunch buffet was equally impressive, with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. There are also many nice shops and restaurants nearby, making the overall experience convenient and enjoyable. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience — 10/10. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the Masjid al-Haram. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are somewhat spacious. The bathrooms are also fairly roomy. The facility features a stylish design and is generally well-maintained. The breakfast offers a good selection with plenty of variety.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Shohada by Palm Rich, Makkah. Honestly, I liked everything about this property. The proximity to Masjid Al Haram is excellent, making it very convenient for prayers and easy access at all times. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which really adds comfort and peace of mind during such a spiritual journey. The location is perfect, close enough to the Haram yet peaceful enough to rest without disturbance. I stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was absolutely perfect — spacious, comfortable, and very good value for the money. The room had everything I needed, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning their stay in Makkah.
